the hardest part for us was migrating all the dts packages to ssis. We eventually figured out how to do it and got all 400 of our packages done...

also you should go to ssis because M$ isn't going to support the DTS from 2000 anymore, they're just dropping all support entirely after 08. #1 in customer support!
