Thanks again. I echo with your words, developing queries for the above criteria is complex and time consuming at the same time there are no permission to use the tools...

My requirement is for first column values only. No problem if other columns having duplicate data.

Dropped and re-created the default constraint for the table and ran the CHECKCATALOG command successfully.
Taken the backup and restoring the db.
Hope this will work fine.

When ran DBCC CHECKDB there was no error messages.
But when ran DBCC CHECKCATALOG reported the following error.
