Without diving deep into my need.  The job I need to create the "done" file for, has to run in a prod environment, while the job that needs to check...

So would the syntax below be correct:

TRUNCATE TABLE DBO.OUTPUTTABLE

INSERT INTO DBO.OUTPUTTABLE WITH (TABLLOCK) OR (TABLLOCKX)

SELECT *

FROM DBO.INPUTTABLE

I added the property and password and now my DFT's are running successfully. Thanks JustMarie.
