If a process is too cumbersome, then maybe you could be proactive...and go to HR...once a month (or just before your next audit visit???)...and ask for all 'leavers since dateX'. ...

Have a look at maintenance plans.....there is an option there to schedule backups, optimisations, etc multiple times a day...ie every 4-5-6 hours etc.

By my reading......if you have 1200 SP's and only 50 tables.....50 triggers might be a smaller task that would solve the same objective, than amending 1200 SP's.

I remember seening elsewhere (sqlteam.com) that there is a 'special' difference between COUNT(*) and COUNT(tblI.Img_ID)...difference relates to something to do with counting/summing NULLS.
Maybe the former is more suitable for you?

I'd query your need to 'cluster' the tblimage on imageid....unless it adds some benefit to another part of your application. There may be a better candidate for a clustered index....IF...
