Erm, I'm busy packaging the db change scripts and then I realised something.
Guys, under what situations would it be better to create IX_Tmp_bob_pkColA and IX_Tmp_bob_pkColB as opposed to just PK_Tmp_bob?...

Thanks for the index relationship info Tim. I also thought that it would prefer to lookup on a smaller index.

Why do you want to pad the index anyway?
I thought that it was good to pad indices when space wasn't a problem and one wanted better performance.
