Try decompiling also. Start_Run and use the following command (using your info where needed).

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\msaccess.exe" /decompile "C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Desktop\YourDatabase.mdb"

Found the problem!!! Just didn't have it added to the DNS listing on the W2K Server.

I'm pretty sure this is an Active Directory problem. I cannot add the server to the Active Directory. I don't understand why, but then again I am not an IT...
