Replace the temp table name with that of an actual table temporarily, you can then set the parameters and change the name back.

You can use a GlobalVariable and either an ActiveX script or a Dynamic Properties task to change any connections.

I believe your problem lies on the Select File Format screen where you've put:
Row Delimeter = Comma
Try the following...
