Great article, we follow the naming as per below. These cover some of the same but also more areas of SQL Server naming conventions.

ADPs????
Access Data Pages are a big fat ActiveX control in a web page - that type of approach died 3 years ago.
Also scripting without a debugging environment mean that ADPs...
