Our backup job used to work fine until few months ago. we used have a backup of the DB in tape. Not sure what messed up the Full text index....

Most of my tables are either clusterd or non clustered.

I have ran the scripts and executed the store proc. I see that only update statistics is applied on my database. the tables in the database has varied page count....

From the object explorer if you navigate to system tables in MSDB database you will find a table "dbo.log_shipping_secondary_databases". query against this table. It will give you the last restored...
