Your two servers must have their system times set closely...Within two mins, I believe. If not, you will get...

Well, I dug through the logs on the Repubs, and the Master, as well as the default traces.
I found that I could see exactly when the repubs started...

Yes, the low filter is 5%....Probably a bit low, eh? Perhaps 10%...
So, the difference between 5 and 10 is enough to really bloat it?
