Create user in windows server(os user) in both with same name and password.

what is the alert you want to get:?

what are the columns you have in your .txt file?

can you post sample data from your text file?

Thats for sure a datatype mismatch error or datatype size issue.

Did you check that you are not using sql server authentication?
