Thanks for your responses.
We update the passwords manually using scripts..
Changed password and tried again, but failed with the below error like:
The SQL Server Agent (XXX) serice failed to start...

It was failed when server was rebooted. And we updated the domain account and password and tried restarting the services, but still it failed.....
