  Hi i have requirement of report in any format:

  but i am confuse with the requirement. They want yearly report and the date field is create_date!!! they want report as followed

  Month total ticket total time(in minutes)

  Jan 4585 45:12

  Feb

  Mar

  Apr

  Jun

  Jul

  .

  .

  .

  .

  .

  Dec

  how can i get that on the based on Create_date field.

  please help

  First, I'm not sure what your report means. You haven't defined what the various items would be.

  Second, this almost sounds like homework. You should attempt to do something, generate some type of report with SQL and we can help you get there, but we don't do work for you.
