I have a XML field in my table has the following value. I want to prefix "=" with all the value element. as it shown in the Ex:2. Is there a easy way to modify it using xquery...?

XML won't show in the forums. Attach it as a txt doc, please.

You can use the XQuery modify function for that. Books Online has details and a couple of examples.
