  Can Somebody assist me.

  I am trying to copy files from one shared folder to another shared folder.

  both the folders have similar permisions and are on the same local server.

  Do you have sysadmin rights? Or are you executing xp_cmdshll under proxy account?

  Does your folders have enoug permissions where you or proxy account could access them?
