  I do not think this is possible but figured I would check with ya'all before I ruled it out. If a .net app could make an xml with datatypes and field mappings could SSIS read the xml to dynamically create the transformation? Could a .Net app build a SSIS package? Again I think this is far out but just thought I would ask since I am only a simple DBA not a C# developer that thinks all this stuff can be programmed.

  Yes, you can create packages programatically (see here)

  Depending on your requirements, you *may* be able to make the package dynamic enough that it can be build and then modify itself to load/extract/transform whatever data you're looking at.
