Hi,
We have an accounts trial balance cube running on AS200 sp3a. Recently I enabled writeback to allow the accountants to enter forcast and budget details. Everything worked fine for a while. Then they wanted the system to automatically create reverse entries for each record they wrote back.
I put a trigger on the table to create a reverse record back into the writeback table, however, there were unforseen side affects. YTD figues started to not add up, record sets started to return partial data, and several other bugs.
Has anyone had simmilar problems? has anyone put a trigger on a writeback table to writeback to itself successfully?
Any help is appreciated.
Howard.

Can you post a sample script that exposes the problem >> create tables, triggers, keys, indexes, relations and constraints.
Insert data, run query where the data balances,
reinsert new data that makes the thing fail. Then maybe we'll be able to help you.

The problem ony exposes itself in our front end - Proclarity (maybe I should have mentioned that to start) everywhere else things seem fine, however, I didnt check the browse data option in analysis manager.
