  I see that reporting services are installed but I don't see that folder on the server..

  C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\SSRS

  How are you verifying SSRS is installed?

  Are you sure you using ssrs2017 or above?

  Check the services.msc and find the path the service is located in.
