Its my dream to work at Microsoft....I would love it.

I worked at PSS SQL in Dallas for a while. Decided it was not for me, and that I did not want to work for a large company any more.
Necessity made me have to take a job working for the evil empire (no, not MS) for a few years between 2002 and 2006. Now working for a small financial company, and enjoying my work much more.

Ugh. I worked at MS in Redmond for 2 months as a vendor in 2008. I hated it. The group I was working in got reorganized as they were moved to a new building in Kirkland and myself and 2 other people got laid off from the group. It was a bad time for me to get laid off - but it worked out in the end for me. I have a job now where I work literally 40 hours a week and my boss doesn't tell me I'm stupid (yes, my MS boss said this to me) and the group I work with now LOVES me because I am getting so much work done for them. It is a hugely different culture here - the people are actually nice. What a difference!
