I have two Seperate SQL servers.
I have all services set to atuo start...but..
when the server gets bounced, the services don't auto start..
no idea where to look to fix this..

Look into the windows events logs, to see what was reported. I take it that you started the sql services manually.

in the event log it says
"The SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLSERVER_SSRS) service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified.
