I would have loved to have five stars and red ones for that matter .
I know it takes a lot of time and effort to make the beautiful changes
here present but I do very much miss the stars.
Great job guys

Now they are doing 'fill' boxes. Look under your name. There's your 'title' which in your case is Super Poster. Then there are boxes. Those boxes appear/fill based on the number of posts you have. And they also change color. You have 5 filled boxes, it appears (from seeing other posters) that they begin going green next. I'm not quite sure that's exactly how it works or how many posts make up each 'box'.
BTW-you really should have posted this in the Suggestions forum.

Wow, good catch Bill. Didn't notice the difference before.
However I think colors won't change unless you are a site co owner. I guess that's why Andys' and Steves' boxes are green.
I must admit, I also miss the red stars.

That could be it Frank...but we'll see when you get up around 4000 posts.
BTW-I like being rated a Super Poster at only 600+ posts and you are also a Super Poster at 2500+ posts. I think that needs to be 'tweaked' a little bit otherwise everyone will soon be Super Posters.

Ceteris paribus I will be there at the end of May.
And hey, we're all equal... with some being more equal
...after all a little bit of color in the rankings would be too bad, or?

Already have change to the stars on the list. We can adjust the score ranges to match the old ones as well.

What about letting the members decide in a poll on having that stars (and rankings) again or not?

I have to admit that I was quite pleased to find myself "promoted" to Forum Guru, having formerly been a Junior Subamateur Forum Stalker, or something like that. I'm considering stopping posting, because I think Forum Guru trumps Super Poster any day.
Seriously, I really like the changes, folks. Well done.

How about database icons instead of stars? Okay, maybe that's too geeky. Just a thought.

Thats not bad! We are kinda geeky at times. Thinking about that, I love how Google changes their header for holidays, we could vary the stars the same way. Do I have too much free time you think?
