Couple of questions.
Where are the servers located, are they geographically separated or in the same server room?
Do you have this problem with all of your mirrored databases or just specific ones?
Next time this happens, before you force the failover, run the queries you have been given, and check all your SQL Server and Windows logs for errors.
At this time, I really don't have an answer to your problem.

Here are the answers to your queries
Its geographically separated. Located at Austin, SCLA and Singapore.
I have this problem with all the databases residing in that SQL instance.
Sure, I will execute these queries and will have an eye on logs too.
