Windows File Share Credentials

    We have a subscription setup to render the report to a file share in a PDF format. We needed to code a user ID and password. All works fine except that it would be preferable to utilize a AD group or other ID which does not need to be modified monthly when a user changes there password. Has anyone run into this situation and found a solution.

    i would definitely prefer a service account to deliver the pdf to file share location. We have couple of reports that deliver to shared location using an active directory service account (password set to never expire)
