Hi everyone,
I'm traing to install Reporting services in my machine, i have Windows XP Profetional, and SQL Server 2000 Personal editon with SP3, and i want to install Reporting Services but when im traing to do this i get an error that reads as fallows:
This edition of Report Server Database is not supported on the edition of sql server 2000 you have chosen. Please chose another SQL Server that matches the requirements
I think that this ocurs because i have installed in my machine SQL Server 2000 Personal editon.

as indicated by the error message you can only install reporting services on the following versions
• SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition with SP3 or later4
• SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 3 (SP3) or later5
• SQL Server 2000 Developer Edition with SP3 or later6
