Is it required to explicitely run sp_refreshview everytime when dependent object change happens?
can someone explain for any alternate.

There isn't an alternate. Because dependency association is less than perfect, sp_refreshview is the only way to change the metadata if the underlying schema changes. You could just avoid using views, I suppose. I usually do.
Never stop learning, even if it hurts. Ego bruises are practically mandatory as you learn unless you've never risked enough to make a mistake.

Its a dependency for non-schema bounded views.
