I've recently gotten my SQL Server database into Azure SQL. It looks fine and I can easily connect to it with SSMS. But one thing I've noticed is that when I connect to it using SSMS and bring up a query window in a database, SSMS appears to have no idea at all of the objects within the database. There is no Intellisense (?sp) in the query window in SSMS. Why is that? Is there any way of turning it on?

Which version of SSMS are you using? I'm pretty sure the Intellisense features in the 2016 SSMS work on Azure. Although, frankly, I don't like them that much. I really do prefer SQL Prompt, even if I do work for Redgate.

It's not supported in Azure yet.

I had to go and look. You're 100% correct and I stand corrected.
BTW, can't help but point it out, not only does SQL Prompt support Azure SQL Database, but we also work within Visual Studio so we support Azure SQL Data Warehouse as well.
