White space and hidden values

  Maybe you guys can help me with this one.  Whenever I hide a value say just to be referenced or a sub report that does not get called, the white space is still allocated on the page.  Is there a way like in crystal to suppress the white space instead of just having it show up and possibly print blank pages?  Let me know if you have any ideas thanks.

  you need to put an iif expression in the Visibility/Hidden property for the row which evaluates, e.g. whether there is any data to display.
