  Is there an easy way to query which logins have execute permissions on various stored procedures?

  In EM, right click on the procedure and git permissions (sorry I don't have EM here to confirmt he name of the option, but it's in there somewhere).

  You can also see the whole list of sp?help? procedures in BOL, I'm sure you'll get what you need.
