I think outsourcing inside the US can work, especially in rural communities that are changing people from other low-skilled jobs.
Outsourcing is a partnership, and if your partner doesn't perform well, then it can fail. Too much turnover, poor training, etc.

THAT's freakin' funny, Doc! Heh... I'll bet there are folks out there that have actually managed to pull such a thing off. Just imagine... you could easily do 10 simultaneous gigs that way. Guess I'm going to have to make a couple of long distance calls. 😀
