So far the online docs have been worthless. I don't need to learn about databases, I just need to understand how to navigate within this admin tool. I've worked with Oracle for many years but never SQL Server.Thanks for the "right click is your friend" note - indeed there are lots of tools just a click away.
I'm sure I'll be hanging around here for a while.
I'm not sure if this would help you, but you might want to give it a try. It's the SQL Server 2014 Essentials for Oracle DBAs course.

Also, when designing tables in the IDE, there are a number of icons in the toolbar (hover the mouse over them to see what they are) which allow one to create/edit things like indexes, constraints, foreign keys, etc.
