Can anyone suggest a website where to learn how to use PerformancePoint to build rich dashboards?
I'm not sure how I can use it with SharePoint to build dashboards with a heavily customized presentation.

I have had a hard time finding good resources for Performance Point too. There are some good tips on using the tool on MSDN at the following link:

There are also a number of Sharepoint and data warehousing books that mention Performance Point but few have much information on actually using the tool. There are supposed to be more Performance Point related books coming out this summer and fall.

This is a good book and the only one in regards to PPS 2010:
There is a Virtual Lab you can check out:

And there are some free online videos you can check out as well:
I would definitely recommend checking out the PPS Teams blog as already mentioned.
