Where to download previous versions of CU for SQL server 2019

I see there is some defects for inline functions by CU9, and CU10.
So I would like to install CU8 for now.
But I cannot find where to download previous CU, like CU8, I can only find the newest- CU10.
Where to download CU8? thanks,
