Anyone know how you find out what URL of your ReportServer database points to ?
I have found a ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB which has a number of rows in the catalog table but I cannot find what the actual reporting server is. I know it is on a different server

Don't know if it's stored in the DB (I couldn't see it) but you could turn tracing on the sql server for a while, limit it to only look at that DB (and the RStemp DB if you really want to) and see where the calls are made from.

I am getting ready to install Reporting Services for the first time on one of our servers, so I am by no means experienced in it. In reading through the install documentation though, you may find what your looking for in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\80\ReportingServices\RSVirtualDir
