My predicessor implemented analysis services as a prototype. I am now documenting its configuration. In SQL Server I can right click on a user database to see where data is stored (Drives). How do I find out where data for a cube is stored (Which Drive)?

Should be in the cube poroperties or definition.

In analysis manager, right click on the server and select properties, you should see the data and temp directory settings there. Defaults are usually under the program files\microsoft analysis services\data directory but on a multiple drive installation (ie small c drive, larger /SAN data drives) this may have been changed to a different drive.
