Where can I get Real World ETL examples ?

    Okay, books and tutorials are fine even thought they just scratch the surface of SSIS. But, I am sure that ETL in the real world will not be as easy as it was in the tutorials. Is there any way I can get/create some real world scenarios or environments to learn real world ETL ? Okay, I could get into a job and learn the stuff. But any options until then ?
