Where am I at in my SQL DBA Career?

    Based on what all I read, it sounds like I would be rated an experienced Jr. DBA. Does that sound right? If so, what recommendations do you have to move to a full DBA level?

    Break something. Fix it. Break something worse. Fix it. Practice until you can do crisis work half asleep and hungover without having to spend a few hours researching first.

    Read. Read. Read. Watch videos. Listen to podcasts. Widen the scope of what you know.
