When to use options strict off in script task

  In script Task of SSIS package while writing the vb.net code, what is the better option to use whether "options strict off" or "options strict on" ?

  Plese suggest both in terms of Developer point of view and Efficiency / Effectiveness.

  I think "strict on" is safely.
