    This script works well for database but not at transaction level, becasue the script is actually picking up the date when the physical file details were changed. Thus if some one has used my database for insertion of a row or creation of a table, that time is not picked by the SP instead it picks the date when the physical file.mdf changes.

    Please let me know how can we ammend this script to check for last transaction on the database\table.
