    Definitely a problem these days. Had to get staff interested in older tech

    Here's a thought on maintaining old tech.  If you have or can find retired folks who know the stuff, don't want to work full time, and maybe can only earn so much without having their SS reduced, use them part-time on an as-needed contract basis

    Thanks! I have two final rounds of interviews tomorrow. I'm sure one of them if not both will lead to an offer. Not stressed about it.
