Why belowlog appears in MSSQL log. What transactions system execute ?

This is used to make changes to the Instance Configuration

Do you want to know which configuration setting was changed?
Are there any other similar messages in the error log?

You'll commonly see this in the log if an admin opens the SQL Server instance properties page (right click the instance in SSMS object explorer then click Properties)
