I love systems administration and networking staff also SQL Server Administration , I plan to take some certificates with this sequence :
1- MCSA SQL Server 2012
2- MCSA Windows Server 2012
3- MCSE Data Platform 2012
4- Cisco CCNA
But after I get these certificates what is the name of my job will be ( Senior DBA , or Senior Systems Administrator ... etc ) I don't know but I want these certificates really , I fallen in love between three worlds ( Systems Administration - SQL Server Administration - Networking ) , and I can't leave any one of them I want all of them at the same time , now are this good for me and will help me or this bad and I must specialize in one area , and if I take all of them what is the name of my position will be in any organization , please help me

Depends on the company. Some will call that a sysadmin, some may call that a DBA, some may call it something else. Job titles are not consistent across organisations, sometimes not even within an organisation.
I've had three different titles across three different companies, but have done much the same work for all three (SQL Server development and optimisation)

First of all good luck in obtaining all those certifications as its a lot of work especially if you dont already work in that field.
What I would say is that very few large organisations have people that perform all those roles. What you do tend to find is that larger companies employ people to specialise in a particular area but have limited knowledge of other areas. I.e a DBA who understands networking and admin to the extent they can trouble shoot connectivity issues to a SQL Server and stipulate what kind of accounts they require in AD to support the SQL Servers.
Smaller companies that cannot afford the higher paid salaries of specialists or the combined salaries of several people performing all these functions may look for someone with all these skills.
My experience with people with all the skills you have mentioned tend to have been general IT Administrators and whilst competent enough have not been able to perform any of the roles fully as it's too much information for anyone person to retain without years and years of experience.
