Hello All,
I would like to find out about DTS package permission,
I created one DTS package and give to one of my developer to execute.
But he is getting error message while executing related to permission\Rights.
Can you please tell me what kind of permission he needs to run DTS package.
Should be member of sysadmin role or something else.

Can you post the error message? Is it related to executing the package itself or something that is contained in the package?
More details about the error will help to pinpoint what you should do.

Its related to access ights.

Hi,
U must be running ur sql server with windows nt user so the error message come for rights.
BAsically the sqls server dont have that user login so it do not identify the permission for that use and fails to process.
