Hi
In E:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\RSTempFiles there are two folders Reports and Reportsserver. Each contain folders with just numbers as the folder name. If you go down two levels in to the each folder you see three folders Assembly, Hash and Uploads. There are also compiled files and applications at the same level. Does any one know what the are for?

Temporary files used by Reporting Services. Basically, don't mess with it unless you're willing to rebuild the server from scratch, because you could easily mess up things needed for it to run. Messing with system folders is kind of like editing the Windows Registry. Do it if you think you know what you're doing, but be prepared to rebuild the computer from an image file if you have to.
