  would be really interested in an article about promoting content from DEV to TEST to LIVE, as it is now more difficult (in my opinion) in DF2 than it was in DF1. In DF1 I could use visual studio and publish directly the changes. In DF2 it seems I need to use an ARM template and that has everything in and manually delete old stuff so it just deploys the new stuff, or use the code repository.

  Any experience of that or guidance would be gratefully received.
