I'm looking for a link from the Microsoft website what is describe exactly (with a list) when will happening a node change on an SQL Server AlwaysOn, but I couldn't find it.
Can you help me?
E.g.: If a hardware error is happening the HA will work (initiative), but it won't work (initiative) when an application make a long time lock.

There may be some other documentation but the only thing I can think of that is close to what you are looking for would be the failure condition levels listed in this documentation:

I'm not sure what you're looking for... Error codes do get generated for specific AG events.
For example :
1480 = role change
35264 = data movement suspended
35265 = data movement resumed
41404 = ag is offline
41405 = ag not ready to fail over
