Hi,
I would like to know what environments you recommend to have.
currently we have QA, Dev,Staging and Prod, but not for all projects
In our environment no project has all environments.
Please advice.

You wouldn't force all projects and changes to go through all those stages?

I'd say minimum, all projects go through Dev, Staging & Prod. Formal QA might be a luxury, but validating deployments sure isn't.
