What does refresh Database mean?

  Hi all,

  I have to refresh a test database with a production database data for a new project.

  Does refreshing test database mean to restore test database with latest production backup?

  Yes, restore from a production database backup to bring the test database to a consistent state with the production database.

  It is always beneficial to start a new project from a clean copy of a database.
