  Hi Experts,

  I see some logins in sql server, can you explain why they exist and there uses?

  1.NT SERVICE\MSSQL$INSTANCENAME

  2.NT SERVICE\SQLAgent$INSTANCENAME

  3.##MS_PolicyEventProcessingLogin##

  4.##MS_PolicyTsqlExecutionLogin##

  The first 2 are virtual accounts. Check the backup application log for detailed messages.

  The other 2 are certificate based logins. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms181127.aspx
