in our company planning to buy a tool to read the transaction log. i need to choose one. Can any one tell me available tools to read sql server transaction log?

For what purpose?
Log readers aren't cheap. All the ones I've seen are around $1000 per licence.

To monitor the transactions. No matter what cost it is. Can you please tell me a list of Transaction log reader tools?

The only one I know is Apex SQLLog.
Why not triggers? Monitoring data changes is one of their main purposes. The transaction log is not intended as an audit log.

As of now i wasn't told for what this tool is for. My team lead wanted me to find a best tool to read T-Log and it's price. Once i came to know i'll let you know why he is looking for it.

Also TOAD from Quest will read tlogs as well and allow undo's.
