HI I want to find how to use DMV and when to use them?

DMVs are dynamic management views. They're a collection of views and functions that provide access to internal information about your SQL Server. They're very useful in determining what's going on in your instance.
The are lots of them for many different purposes. The MS page is at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms188754.aspx. It breaks them up into categories and then gives specifics about each one.
If you prefer a more graphical format, Tim Ford has a cool "Periodic Table of DMVs" he's posted at http://thesqlagentman.com/periodic-table/. It doesn't have the detail, but is useful once you get familiar with them.

Start with the Microsoft documentation. Always start with the Microsoft documentation. But, there are also 3rd party resources such as Tim Ford and Louis Davidson's excellent book.

Thanks for the book reference, Grant. I didn't know about it, but I have it downloaded now. Time to read my next book. 😀
